Elite Protein Corps Rewards Redemption

1. Indicate the Package Level by clicking the box before the package name / description
2. Select the Quantity of packages you wish to redeem for each Level
3. Click on the Item to be delivered

Note: Only one item can be chosen per level to fulfill the order on the Bronze and Silver level. If you have more than one certificate for those levels and want to redeem them for different choices available within the level, you must log out and create a new redemption form.
